Once your online request is received, it will be assigned to one of our Franchise advisers or third party partners. They will review your request, and they will follow up with a phone screening call. They may ask you few more questions to validate your information and confirm your franchise partnership interest. They will also be able to address any questions you have.

Once your complete assessment application is received and reviewed, we will schedule a formal meeting with you and our senior partners. In this meeting, they will share their vision about the company, what we expect in our franchise partners and what our obligations are to set them up for success. They will also leave you with legal documentations for review with your legal counsel. You will be require to sign a disclosure document.

The final phase in the evaluation process before the final decision is Discovery Day. This is your opportunity to meet some of Zesty’s who will support you as a franchisee. You will be assigned to job shadow with a manager at one of our restaurant. You will interact with staff and serve customers. It will give you some first-hand experience of what to expect, thus helping validate the decision making process for all.

At this point, if all goes well, Zesty will prepare an offer to franchise with you. This offer is conditional upon franchisee approval, bank financing, and securing a favourable lease for your restaurant. A refundable deposit is submitted with the signed Offer to Franchise and the signed Franchise Disclosure Document you have reviewed with your lawyers.
